Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Private Practice Resource sells digital products and print-on-demand merchandise. Because these products are delivered differently, separate refund and return rules apply.

Please review the applicable section below before completing your purchase.


Digital Products

Delivery & Access

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.

Limited Refund Eligibility (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, except in the limited circumstances described below.

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion only if you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents access to the purchased file, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

A “technical issue” is limited to situations such as:

  • A corrupted file that will not open in a supported version of Microsoft Excel
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or failed file delivery
  • A download error caused by our delivery system

To be considered for review, you must provide reasonable evidence of the issue, which may include screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, or other documentation demonstrating that the file cannot be accessed as intended despite meeting stated system requirements.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Digital Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with content after access or download
  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements
  • Software incompatibility with unsupported programs (including Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or outdated versions of Excel)
  • User error or lack of familiarity with Excel
  • Unmet expectations regarding functionality, outcomes, or results
  • Failure to use the product
  • Discounted, sale, or promotional purchases

If adequate documentation of a technical issue is not provided, the request may be denied.


Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Made-to-Order Policy

All merchandise is printed on demand and made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if a merchandise item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Materially different from what was ordered

All resolutions are discretionary and are not guaranteed.

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

How to Report a Merchandise Issue

To request consideration for a merch-related issue, email info@privatepracticeresource.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery, without photo documentation, or that fall outside the scope of this policy may be denied.

In some cases, we may resolve an issue without requiring the item to be returned. Any resolution is determined at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

We may limit replacements or refunds per customer or per order.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers (Digital Products)

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to withdraw once access or download has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
