If a merchandise item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@privatepracticeresource.com, including your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required.
If the issue is due to an error or defect, we will work with you to make it right at our discretion.
All purchases are also subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
